Aicila Lewis has spent the past several years working to make the world a better place. She joined her first nonprofit board in 2001 and since then has served on multiple boards, in various capacities, as well as worked for over 5 years as the executive director of grassroots organizations. She is currently the Executive Director for Out Boulder, a resource center for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, questioning and allied individuals.
As an expert in her field, Aicila is often sought out to speak at events and universities. She also managed a comedy troupe in Utah for 3 years. As a director, fundraiser, organizer, manager of funny, and diversity trainer, Aicila has learned the art of having fun while getting things done.
 Tim Murray, a corporate trainer for Xerox and Kinko's, developed a variety of training programs while with them to satisfaction and efficiency. He is currently volunteering for a variety of non-profit organizations including the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, Peak to Peak Charter School, and Boulder Pride. He chairs the diversity committee for the Boulder Area Human Resources Association and serves as an Ambassador for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce.
Tim has discovered the ways in which twisting the familiar can create the amazing. He's been twisting balloons for over 15 years, creating art and enjoyment in a multitude of venues. Now, utilizing concepts from Total Quality Leadership, Stephen Covey, Lean Six Sigma, FISH, and many more programs, Tim combines the complex elements of fun and the power of business to bring you an experience that will leave your organization empowered and still wanting more.
As a team, Tim and Aicila might rule the world someday.
